Ingredients:
- Lili's Tea (Ginger)
- Water
- Ginger
- 2 Lemons
- Turmeric
- Honey or Agave
- Black Pepper or Cayenne Pepper
Recipe:
Brew 5 sachets of Lili's Ginger tea in 1 liter of boiling water. Let it cool, then add fresh ginger to taste, the juice of 2 lemons, 1 tablespoon of turmeric, and a pinch of black pepper or cayenne. Sweeten with honey or agave to taste. Finally, store in a container, preferably glass, in the refrigerator where they last up to 15 days! We recommend having one shot every morning to start the day with energy!
