Ingredients:
- Water
- Lili's Tea (ginger)
- 3 Celery stalks
- 5 Spinach leaves
- 3 Chard leaves
- 1/2 Cucumber
- Pineapple
- 1/2 Green apple
- Ginger
- Turmeric
- Lemon
Recipe:
Brew a 2 sachets of Lili's Ginger tea in 2 cups of boiling water. Then, pass it to a blender and add the celery, spinach, chard, cucumber, pineapple, green apple, and blend. Once smooth, add some fresh ginger, turmeric, and lemon to taste and blend again. Feel free to add a hint of honey if you want it sweeter or perhaps some more water to make it smoother.
For en extra boost, you can add a tablespoon of protein powder after a workout. Enjoy!
